Each villa can be reserved with the payment of £250 per week deposit. Please use the “contact us” (link) page to make a reservation.
This deposit will double as the refundable security deposit and will be returned following your stay.
There is no separate cleaning fee (other villa owners charge) and no additional air conditioning / heating costs payable.
The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
